Kirakucho's 200th Anniversary Sake Junmai Daiginjo
Kita Shuzo
This is a commemorative bottle released for the 200th anniversary of the company's founding this year.
First of all, the box it comes in is interesting. Inside is a sake bottle that looks like a flower. On the inside, a conversation with the brewer was written.
The sake is very smooth, easy to drink, modest, and well balanced. The sourness, spiciness, and aroma each assert themselves well. It is very delicious.
It was a commemorative sake, so it was hard to get my hands on, but it was a good sake.
Rice polishing ratio 35%.
