I've heard that it's best to heat it up, so I served it lukewarm to hot.
When it's lukewarm, the transition from sweetness to sharpness and acidity is very good.
The dryness of the sake comes through again when it's heated.
The aroma is also very nice, as is the Yamahai style.
It's so easy to drink, you'll end up drinking it at a pace that will give you a hangover!
This was a delicious sake that betrayed my expectations in a good way!
