Purchased at a kiosk at Obihiro Station. It is a sake made from Hidaka's Comet rice, a brand I have never seen before even though I visit Obihiro regularly. It is easy to drink with a refreshing sweetness and a nice sharpness.

Purchased in Mino City on a trip to Gifu and had it at the hotel at night. It declares itself fruity. The initial aroma is unique and a little unusual, as I have not had much experience with other aromas, followed by the usual fresh fruity aroma! I think most Gifu sake is a bit classical, perhaps because of the strong flavor of the food. This is good!
