The moment I opened the cork around the lid, the lid flew off! I drank it thinking it was very fizzy, but I didn't feel much of a fizzy sensation... (Laughs) I don't know why it was so fizzy that the cork flew off... The taste is a refreshing, bitter grapefruit or citrus taste... Light! Refreshing! Light! It was not like that... it was a refreshing yet robust sake. I don't dislike it at all! Very tasty sake!
