After a year of drinking sake, I tried again the sake that got me hooked. It was a little different from the impression I had last year, but Saku is still delicious! It has a good balance of aroma, umami and sweetness👍.

It has a refreshing aroma, a freshness that can only be found in nama-shu, and a good balance of sweetness and acidity 🍶. It went well with beef stew meat, and at night we drank it with soba miso (buckwheat paste), which was also delicious! It was a happy sake-soaked weekend ✨

The first day with cabbage rolls, the second day with tuna and sea bream sashimi. It has a nice aroma and a refreshing aftertaste. I prefer it a little lukewarm rather than cold, which gives it a fruity aroma and sweetness that I prefer. I don't like to cook, but I like to make sake snacks ☺️✨👍

The aroma is sweet, but when you drink it, it is clear and dry. I drank it with oden on the first day and sashimi on the second day. I think the second day it became richer and a little sweeter. The label is also nice ✨This was a delicious sake 🍶.

I was surprised at how tasty sake could be! I was surprised by the fresh taste of new sake and the slight bubbles. The fresh taste of new sake and the slight bubbles are great 😆 It has a great flavor and definitely goes well with soba noodles and tempura 👍I definitely want to drink this sake again next year 🍶.

I feel like I've been drinking a lot of wine. I drank it with snacks that would go well with wine, but It was delicious and went well with all of them... I am sure that Saku is the best! I'm going to drink it in a pot at night 🍶.

This is the fourth bottle I stocked up on during my trip to Ise! I drank it two days in a row - yakiniku and oden 🍢. It went well with both and was delicious! It had a nice aroma and was sweet? I was surprised to find it was a refreshingly dry type 😳 but as it gradually got to room temperature, it became mildly sweet, which is also delicious ☺️

Today I had a drink with a mix of Japanese and Western snacks and and a drink 🍶. with raw bacon, cheese and bonito tataki! It's a great match with raw bacon, cheese, and bonito tataki! More aromatic and much mellower than yesterday✨!

First Shiboribori of my favorite Houou Mita! The moment you open it, it smells so good! The flavor mellows out a bit when it gets a little wet. I loved it😍. Today I went all out and paired it with gratin, and it didn't lose at all! It was delicious ☺️

We compared them with Jikin and Saku! I love Jikin and Saku so much! The richness and umami are definitely delicious 🍶. The JYUI AKIAGARI was very dry and refreshing! It was the first time for me to compare the two. It's good to know the difference in taste 😳.
