I drank this sake about 25 years ago and couldn't forget it for a long time (first love...). I've been looking for it since then, but I couldn't find it anywhere. I found it in a certain place and ordered it from the brewery.
It has a very smooth and fine texture, and the taste is difficult to describe as a combination of acid, sweet, ripe and bitter. It seems to be more complex and mature than I remember... I'd like to leave it for about two weeks to see how it changes.
