It's getting colder, and I chose this Honjozo for a heated sake. It has a unique richness that makes you anticipate a sticky aftertaste when you drink it, but it cuts right through... it's a strange feeling. I'd like to try it with meat, although I think the Jizuhari Tsuru I bought with the crab would be a better match.
