And the excellent son (daughter?) Yamada Nishiki I never thought I'd be able to get my hands on a sake that I couldn't get my hands on since it was released this year... ❗️It's very soft and smooth on the palate, with the right amount of Yamada Nishiki aroma and elegant sweetness spreading through the mouth, and it has an extremely long finish after drinking. ...wonderful...sheer happiness... And Gin Eboshi. When it was too cold, the aroma was the most pronounced, but as the temperature rose, it became the most subdued... interesting. It's a little harder than Kojo Nishiki. This one is good too!

Next up was the Akita Sake Komachi. The aroma emerges from the cool mouthfeel, and then breaks off... I'd like to see a little more fullness, but I'm sure it will be a good match for those who like lightness...

We drank it in the afternoon with a comparison set. The taste of the rice spreads gently from the gentle mouthfeel, and it breaks easily. I love Kojo Nishiki after all. It has the same taste as Toyofuji rice.

This one also has a gorgeous aroma when the temperature rises. I prefer the more restrained Junmai Ginjo 50%.

3種飲み比べで。やはりこの中では派手ですね。上立ちから華やかで含むとメロンの香りが炸裂。甘みと旨味、酸味が口に残る。このあと豊盃を飲むと味かわからなくなるくらいのインパクト。
