It arrived on the 13th, and I let it settle at -3℃ for a week before opening it. You can hardly feel the rise in temperature, and when you drink it, the aroma spreads out with a soft touch, and the mouth is almost occupied by the aroma. It has a solid structure, so I would like to drink it after letting it sit for a while to let the aroma fade away.
