Extreme personal preference: ⭐️⭐️⭐️✨3.5/5 Anyway, it got hot again and I'm so tired and so thirsty. I thought the typhoon cooled it down and summer was over, but it wasn't over at all, like 34°C 😂What kind of lingering heat is it ❗️ hot 🥵. I was so tired I ended up opening a bottle of Mida's hiyaoroshi 😭I was going to open hiyaoroshi when it was cooler 😝I can't help what I wanted to drink👌. The black label looks so cool 👍. When you open it, you can feel the sweetness of rice in the gentle aroma. The attack is just right fruity 🍈. The sweetness and flavor of the rice gradually fills the mouth. While spreading, the rich aroma typical of aged sake runs through, leaving a surprisingly firm lingering taste of rice cotton candy that is not overpowering. Mita's hiyaoroshi gently envelops the body in the lingering summer heat with its roundness. With hiyaoroshi, you can enjoy the lingering summer heat 😂. Extreme personal preference ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4/5 It's impatient 🥹. Sparklers at the end of summer. The gentle gas feeling soothes the lingering summer night. Soaking in hot water for the first time in a long time, too wet from the rain brought by the typhoon. The slight aroma of green apple, juicy and pleasant to the thirsty throat after the bath. The melon flavor near the skin. It has a little sweetness, but the sharp acidity makes the end of summer miserable. There is a complex bitterness in the aftertaste, perhaps due to the assemblage. At the end of the summer, sparklers add color to the night. Thank you 😂 (Rice: Domaine Sakura, Yamadanishiki "from Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture")

My personal preference: ⭐️⭐️✨(2.5/5) I forgot to mention that I drank this Ottersai a little while ago. It is still an otter in a good way. The impression is the same as when I drank 45 a few years ago. I bought it for a summer festival, thinking that it would be easy for my wife to drink, and it did not disappoint me at all (I was tempted to drink Otters because of the festival). Well, I don't have much to say about it, but it is fruity and gorgeous. But it's clear and not too harsh. The attack is neither too strong nor too weak, just right. From the green apple aroma, the beautiful flavor of rice fills the mouth and finishes elegantly. While leaving a dry finish, the lingering taste of the rice and melon is also just the right length. Otters, always a good sake 👌 No matter when you drink it, it's always the same (and it's also cosy). This is an amazing thing ✨✨. This brewery's effort is really amazing 🙇🏻 Thanks for the treat 🙏. By the way, I also like it on the rocks. (Rice used: Yamadanishiki)

Extreme personal preference: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4/5 (when summer rocks) I'm going to say the right answer first, it absolutely rocks! Sorry, but it rocks 🪨. It's not a bad idea. I think it's the right way for this drink. I think it's made more for rock 🥹. It's not a bad idea, It has a mild aroma of rice and green apple, but everything else is strong! The acidity is so strong that it makes you flinch! The taste is strong and mellow, as expected from a wine that has been kept in an ice-temperature container! Violent rice flavor! The blue sharpness of the oni zan from the rice! Strong greenish melon type leaves 😭. Really, a sake with the feeling of "Misen" in the endorsement: ⚔️ However, it is from here! Well, at the beginning, enjoy the strength and firmness of this sake as it is, and after that, it's on the rocks 🪨. To bring out the full potential of this sake, definitely try it on the rocks! The attack is gentle and the acidity is sharp but mild. A little more melon. The umami of the rice becomes more acceptable strength and more appreciative 🥹. The mellowness fades a little, but the impression is more refreshing. And if you drink it on the rocks, the sharpness doubles. 🗡️ It has a more brilliant cutting taste, which makes it a true devil's cut. I'm here: 🙇🏻 (Raw material rice: Gohyakumangoku)

Extremely personal preference⭐️⭐️⭐️✨3.5/5 Pale amber color with lots of sugar and amino acids, probably because of the low temperature aging 😊. Fresh apple aroma with a bit of tingling on the attack, perhaps acidity. Not too much balance of sugar and acidity (Sake degree -16, acidity 3.0). ✨✨ Then the interesting rice flavor and acidity that spreads softly 🤣. White wine with sweetness of rice. The aroma is fresh and if you're not careful, the acidity will come and stay. The aftertaste is a little bitter and tangy, with a lingering umami, and a pleasant apple-flavored acidity chasing after it 🙏. All the richness slowly fades away, and it is a masterpiece that will make you want to go back again soon! (Only to go back to the mountain). Costa is also very high! Thank you 😭 100% Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture

Extreme personal preference ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4/5 Black. I'm here, tangy and juicy, cider in a good way 👍clean acidity and rice flavor run through cider👍cider with depth😆Yes, it has a good aftertaste too. The bitter and astringent taste is on top of it, and then the alcohol disappears in a flash. It's just like a one summer love (or a teenage or just barely 20s love, wow). I love it. It reminds me of my youthful summer love. Afterwards, the lingering bitterness and astringency bring back the sadness of a lost love. And the bubbles of alcohol disappearing. I became an adult that summer 😫. So summer is a time to let your guard down and you'll soon be on the defensive. I love summer 🤣. The fact that the rice polishing percentage is undisclosed also means that summer love is a secret love 😭 (100% Yamada-Nishiki)

Extremely personal preference⭐️⭐️⭐️3/5 Whether you like Hideaki Anno or special effects, it's as delicious as its jokey name 😂. First of all, it has a nice aroma of ripe fruit (pear type?). The aroma of ripe fruit (pear type?). When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness and deliciousness of the fruit. The aftertaste is a bit like a big, strong, and strong. It is strong! Strength that is not the norm nowadays! Long aftertaste, persistent in a good way 😆 As expected from Mr. Toji Ijima. It's hard to say which one is stronger, but I think I like this one better overall. I liked the nostalgic yet new feeling, like a refined version of the old Junmai Daiginjos. (Sake rice: 100% Yamashu No.4) ◆Producer's data Sanrai Junmai Daiginjo" and "Shin Ijima Junmai Daiginjo" will be released from Mine-no-Hakubai Shuzo's [Gekkoukoujo Series]. Extreme personal preference ⭐️⭐️⭐️3/5 (when summer rocks) Soft and gorgeous on the attack. Pleasant acidity. Good balance of apple sweetness and light acidity. The aftertaste is slightly astringent from ripe apples and has a nice aftertaste. However, the impression is that the alcohol stands up a little. It depends on your taste, but in summer it is just right on the rocks to round out the taste. Maybe it's just too hot to want it on the rocks 😆. Three young brewers have joined forces to challenge Touji Ijima in the "Gekkoukoujo Series. Only one bottle of Junmai Daiginjo is brewed per season, a challenge sake brewed so that the three buds can become Mine-no-Hakubai no Hana (flower of Mine-no-Hakubai) in fine form! Extremely personal taste: ⭐️⭐️⭐️3/5 Despite the white, fresh packaging, the attack is relatively strong. It has a slight tingling sensation on the tongue that is not a gas, and the acidity and rice flavor spread to the palate at once, followed by a mellow aroma and sweetness. The taste is sharp, and everything comes through sharply at the speed of a Guinness (if there was such a thing) 30-meter sprint. The aftertaste is a little bit of greenish melon-flavored cotton candy. I don't mind it. The feeling of being spread out and rushing through all at once is perfect for midsummer. Since it is freshly bottled and stored in ice temperature (6 months), the goodness of the ginjo aroma is still there. It will be interesting to see how it changes when it is refrigerated for a little while. (100% produced in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan)

Extreme personal preference: ⭐️⭐️⭐️3/5 (on the rocks in summer) The rice is very strong as it is! The freshness is nice and mild with cracked ice. When you break it with ice, you can taste the rice flavor even more. As the ice melts, the sourness lessens and you can enjoy the change in flavor. It tastes a little more like watermelon than melon. A perfect sake for the intense heat!
