夏雨
Extremely personal taste: ⭐️⭐️⭐️3/5
Despite the white, fresh packaging, the attack is relatively strong.
It has a slight tingling sensation on the tongue that is not a gas, and the acidity and rice flavor spread to the palate at once, followed by a mellow aroma and sweetness.
The taste is sharp, and everything comes through sharply at the speed of a Guinness (if there was such a thing) 30-meter sprint.
The aftertaste is a little bit of greenish melon-flavored cotton candy. I don't mind it.
The feeling of being spread out and rushing through all at once is perfect for midsummer.
Since it is freshly bottled and stored in ice temperature (6 months), the goodness of the ginjo aroma is still there.
It will be interesting to see how it changes when it is refrigerated for a little while.
