I'm here, tangy and juicy, cider in a good way 👍clean acidity and rice flavor run through cider👍cider with depth😆Yes, it has a good aftertaste too. The bitter and astringent taste is on top of it, and then the alcohol disappears in a flash. It's just like a one summer love (or a teenage or just barely 20s love, wow).
I love it. It reminds me of my youthful summer love. Afterwards, the lingering bitterness and astringency bring back the sadness of a lost love. And the bubbles of alcohol disappearing. I became an adult that summer 😫.
So summer is a time to let your guard down and you'll soon be on the defensive.
