Everyone tasted the Echino Kanme that was given to us. The dishes served with it included fried asparagus with Japanese pepper, grilled shirasu (baby sardine) with cheese, and grilled yam with shibazuke (a type of Japanese pickles). The wine is fruity and refreshing, but also tasty and refreshing. It goes well with rather solid dishes.

Manufactured 2024.4. Dry, unpasteurized sake. Heavy flavor. Purchased in Okayama Prefecture. It was recommended to drink it early, but I think I gave it some time.

The explosion is aptly named "Explosion Nigori". Be careful when opening the package. It has a dry, refreshing taste and goes well with meals.

The second gun crew, the explosion was tremendous 💥. They flew all over the ceiling and curtains and about half of them were flying. It seems that there are individual differences, but please be careful!
