I've been drinking for a long time, but it's been a while since I've been up! Enough sweetness and acidity, a little bitterness. It's just right for slow drinking ministry.

I don't have fond memories of Ryoseki, but that's for personal reasons.
The wine has the character of Ryoseki, with just the right amount of acidity and sweetness.

The rice ratio is only 80 percent, but it has a full-bodied taste and is delicious!
The price is good for a good ministry.
Second bottle, all from Iwate, water, rice, koji and yeast from Iwate. Nambu Toji, of course!
Neat, compared to the yoking incense I mentioned earlier! The one that goes in smoothly.
It's been a long time since I had a taste of Firaizumi. It has a good acidity and stimulation on the tongue. It has a summer feel to it.
