My preference ★★★★★ Yamanashi Meiken "Shichiken Tanrei Junmai Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Polishing ratio 70%. Polishing ratio 70%........ The aroma is so good that you can smell a little ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth and round. It has a juicy, robust rice flavor, and is more fruity than one might expect. It has a slight bitterness at the end and a crisp aftertaste, making it a light sake that is easy to drink. It is under 1,000 yen and can be easily purchased at supermarkets.

This is my third bottle of Icebreaker 🐧✨ this summer. This taste and the feeling of being able to drink it on the rocks is too good for the hot summer, and I'm on a crazy repeat. I would love to know what sake you guys like to drink in the summer ☺️❣️.

My preference ★★★☆☆☆☆ Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Rice: Gohyakumangoku Polishing ratio 55 Polishing ratio 55 Good ginjo aroma. Delicate and smooth on the palate. The taste is gorgeous and fruity. There is no cloying taste, and a nice aroma escapes through the nose. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, and the sharpness is good. The sharpness of the aftertaste is quite impressive. The taste is fruity and the sharpness of the aftertaste is quite impressive. Junmai Ginjo, bag-hanging, but under 1,500 yen. A very cosy sake🍶.

My preference ★★★☆☆☆☆ Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Rice: Hokkaido Ginpu Polishing ratio 50%. Polishing ratio 50%..................... Not much of a ginjo aroma. It has a light, smooth mouthfeel. Not so much floral and fruity, but more like a clear watery taste with rice flavor. The wateriness is crystal clear and the rice is delicious ✨. Dry with a crisp aftertaste. Went well with sashimi and sushi ☺️❣️.

My preference ★★☆☆☆☆☆ Smells of yogurt and balsamic vinegar. Heavy and mild mouthfeel. Rice sweetness with acidity. Prune, apricot. When warmed up, it has a rich and thick mouthfeel, with a hot wine-like sensation. It is a very food friendly wine. It would be good with sautéed pork or other dishes where a fruit sauce would go well.

My Preference (Rock) ★★★★★ 2021BY Polishing ratio 60 My new favorite💗 summer sake that I can guzzle 🐧. Tried the 500ml and enjoyed it so much I immediately bought a bottle ✨. The mouthfeel is mellow and a bit heavy. The sweet umami of the rice comes through quickly, with a bit of spiciness and bitterness on the back end. It tastes great straight, but I like to drink it on the rocks with ice ☺️❣️. I think it will be my go-to sake since it is reasonably priced ⭐️.
