Sake we got at Togi. (They didn't leave a label, so I recorded it in the bowl.)
Quite sweet. I think it is probably classified as rich. It is not light.
The aroma seems to spread in the mouth. Information from the nose comes later than the mouth.
It seems to be good to drink during a meal. But it can also be drunk by itself.
The taste is delicious. There is a slight stimulation that lingers on the tongue.

The last time I drank Tenbi, it was so good that I bought a different version.
This one is also delicious! It is still sweet and pleasant to the palate. But not too sweet.
The previous bottle was opened once and left for a while before drinking! I can still feel the gasiness. Very good.

It's a normal sake! Yes, it is.
I think it's better with a strong-flavored food. I just drink it with ume okade.
It's good when I'm getting drunk.
