Gorgeous aroma. Sweet. Delicious. I asked for something that goes well with maitake mushrooms, and here it is. I heard that mellow food goes well with maitake mushrooms, so it probably does. (Maitake mushrooms have a very strong taste. Maitake taste good. I recommend it) I heard that maitake mushrooms go well with rich flavors, so I thought that maitake mushrooms go well with all kinds of alcoholic beverages...

Sake made by Miki Fujioka whom I met in Kagawa. Very fresh aroma! It is sweet yet refreshing, with a slight bitterness that is typical of sake, but it is well-balanced. This time I paired it with fatty yellowtail, but I think it would also go well with cheeses that have a bit of a smell. I would definitely like to buy a bottle of this and enjoy the changes slowly at home.
