On the third day of my trip to Ishikawa, I finally took a decent picture of sake...
Sake we got at Togi. (They didn't leave a label, so I recorded it in the bowl.)
Quite sweet. I think it is probably classified as rich. It is not light.
The aroma seems to spread in the mouth. Information from the nose comes later than the mouth.
It seems to be good to drink during a meal. But it can also be drunk by itself.
The taste is delicious. There is a slight stimulation that lingers on the tongue.
