7/10 Very unique. It has aroma of petrol, strong sour taste, interesting but odd peanuts-like after taste. After opening for a while and the temperature is higher, it became less sour, but stronger after taste, which I don’t like.

8.5/10 Day 1: fresh and good balance of sour and sweetness. Sharp after taste with bitterness like grapefruit. Day 3: I like it the best. The bitter after taste get intensified, but still very elegant and not irritating. A bit of spicy taste appeared when swallowing. Day 5: The bitterness is further intensified and stay longer after swallowing. The aroma is strengthened and very pleasant. But I do not suggest keeping it for over 3 days after opening as it tastes rougher.

7/10 Day 1: Pleasant aroma of lychee and flower. Very sweet when chill, but when it warms up a bit the favour of lactic acid and a bit of spicy taste come out nicely. Very clear ending after swallowing. Day 2 : Smoother than day 1. Day 3 : I like it the best, because I don’t really like it’s signature aroma of flower, and no more of that on day 3. Only aroma of fruit left. The acidity increases.

8/10 Day 1: Fresh and decent aroma of orange. Sweet but a bit spicy when swallowing. I like the after taste, which is little bit salty on the tongue. Day 2: better than day 1, in which it becomes less spicy.

7/10 山田錦 (4:5 麴:掛) Day 1: Nice peach aroma. Sweet when swallowing with a bit of sourness. End with a sharp, spicy after taste. And prolonged favour of rice on the tongue. Day 2: Drunk with white wine glass. The aroma becomes more intense, of peach and pear. Still sweet when swallowing, but the after taste is less spicy and bitter than day 1, thus becomes smoother in general.

6/10 The smell is quite pleasure when first opened, like the fruity smell of pineapple. When tasting, it is a bit too sweet and end with a bitter after taste. After opening for a while, the taste become flat, and the smell vanishes. It goes well with hot food like vegetable. However, it would be quite boring when drinking alone. Update: tried again on one opened for more time. It became smoother and better than my first try.

7/10 Dry at the beginning, with a sweet after taste. The sweetness is the sweetness of rice, and it is clear and smooth after swallowing. In general it is easy drinking. After opening for a while, taste similar to 風之森comes up after swallowing.

8/10 Production date: 12/2022 Amazing, fruit smell especially when cold. Sweet and easy drinking. Day 1: Dry after swallowing. The dry taste diminish after opening the bottle for a while. But the sweetness is a bit plain. Day 2: the smell is the greatest when cold, like green apple/lychee. Not dry at all. More taste comes on top of pure sweetness, some sourness when swallowing and after taste. Better than Day 1.

7/10 Production Date: 01/2023 Although it is a bit too sweet to me, it is different from common peach wine in a way that it has many solid peach pieces instead of purée. I will like this a lot if I am a big fan of peach.
