Day 1: Nice peach aroma. Sweet when swallowing with a bit of sourness. End with a sharp, spicy after taste. And prolonged favour of rice on the tongue.
Day 2: Drunk with white wine glass. The aroma becomes more intense, of peach and pear. Still sweet when swallowing, but the after taste is less spicy and bitter than day 1, thus becomes smoother in general.
