Day 1: fresh and good balance of sour and sweetness. Sharp after taste with bitterness like grapefruit.
Day 3: I like it the best. The bitter after taste get intensified, but still very elegant and not irritating. A bit of spicy taste appeared when swallowing.
Day 5: The bitterness is further intensified and stay longer after swallowing. The aroma is strengthened and very pleasant. But I do not suggest keeping it for over 3 days after opening as it tastes rougher.
