The New Year's sake party was held again this year, with everyone bringing their own sake. I brought a bottle of Oze Yuki-chan to the party! It has an easy-drinking Junmai Daiginjo-style taste, apple-like sweetness, and a chirichiri-feeling. It was very well received and was the right choice. There were many kinds of sake, but many people liked Jyozora, Masumi, Comet, and Tedorigawa. Well, it was a happy time!

Drinking at home. Suddenly, I opened a bottle of Kuroryu that I had bought at the end of the year. It is 100% Yamadanishiki. It has a sake-like taste, but it is clear and refreshing. (My vocabulary is very limited.) It looks like it would be good as an evening drink!

100% Omachi I opened a bottle of Koei Kiku that I bought at the end of the year. I was told that the lid might fly off, so I carefully opened the bottle while letting off the gas. It was a nice, sweet, melon-like flavor with a slight whiffle on the palate! I heard that the alcohol content tends to be high for a pure sake, but this one is easy to drink. We enjoyed it with Suzuhiro's kamaboko (fish cake), wasabi pickles, and datemaki.

It is a home drink. It goes well with the turkey I bought for Christmas. The gas is very strong and the lid comes up on its own, so you have to be careful when corking it. I think it is more dry. It tasted clean and refreshing. Thank you very much!

Akita Sake Komachi 100% 40%/5 The moment you drink it, the aroma of rice spreads, The taste is sweet afterwards. You can feel that you are drinking a delicious sake. I drank it at a company sake party and it went down easy and was very smooth to drink.
