Ichi2I bought a different spec of Rokune, which I've had before and enjoyed.
The sweetness is not that noticeable, and the balance of the acidity with the bitterness after the acidity takes effect is very attractive.
It's so good that if I did it with sashimi, I'd be able to finish a bottle in no time.
