The label of the turtle is a symbol of a turtle that not only gets you drunk, but also intoxicates your heart, and the sake is brewed with this in mind. The taste of this rice is a superb junmai daiginjo that I have not tasted very often.

This is the sixth brewed by a qualified Nanbu Touji holder. The brewing water is said to be junmai-shu (pure rice sake), and it has a rich, rice-sweet taste that I had not experienced before, so I bought it immediately after tasting it💦.

Hourai is a sake named after a place of eternal youth and longevity. Since 1870, Hourai has been dedicated to making excellent sake, and is loved by the local people as Hida people's "Kei no Issei" sake. It has won numerous awards at domestic and international sake festivals. Milan, London, and Kura master. It is rather refreshing with a hint of rice flavor and carefully crafted soul.
