I bought this at a brewery in Tsuwano. Tsuwano is not large, but there are three breweries, and it is said that Hatsujin is the most famous. I tasted it, but it was a little sweet, so I went next door. This one was a bit drier and more of a food sake. We were also charmed by the store owner's love of sake, so we bought a bottle of hiyaoroshi. Since this is a tourist area, they have small bottles of hiyaoroshi as well. The color is yellowish and the aroma has a strong sweetness of rice and koji malt. It has a deep, traditional flavor. It goes well with Japanese food. The alcohol content is 17 degrees, but it is not heavy and is a scary sake not to drink too much. ☺️.

I traveled to Tsuwano. There are three breweries in this cozy area, which is called "little Kyoto. I got the impression that many of them have a sweet taste. I bought some award-winning heated sake and tried heating it up. It has a moderately nostalgic flavor, goes well with many dishes, and is easy to sip on! I only bought one bottle, so it was consumed in no time, and I'm still trying to remember how to write a review. I remember writing this review ☺️. It is a great food sake. Considering the sake we tasted at the first brewery was sweet, this moderately sweet sake is good!

It's been a while since I've had the pleasure of meeting Koei Kiku! Even though it is a pure sake, it is gentle with an alcohol content of 14 degrees. The lactic acidity aroma is weak for Koei Kiku, and the sweet and sour gentle is delightful. Somehow, I feel mother's kindness. I may be imagining too much. 🤗

Akita Sake Komachi 🍶 Junmai Ginjo It's so fresh! I heard that it has a ginjo aroma, but I don't really understand what a ginjo aroma is. It is a refreshing, yet slightly sweeter and richer than special junmai, but it is crisp and clear, so it is a food sake. But delicious!

The yogurtiness and lactobacillus smell precedes the taste. After a while, it settles down. The acidity from the lactic acidity surges out. It can be served as a food sake as well! It is one of Sentori's seasonal wines, but it has a warm impression with a lot of lactic acidity and tenderness.

The aroma is gentle and pear-like as the temperature rises. The Omachi rice is polished to 80% and the flavor is said to have been made the best use of. It is full of flavor and richness! It went perfectly with a Chinese dish of spicy greens and pork! 🤗 I drank a lot of things and opened it after eating, so next time I want to taste it first, as an aperitif. ☺️ Wind Forest, wow!

Good! I could drink it forever! Almost the water of life, but with a subtle bitterness that pulls it together just right, and you have to taste it first (before you get drunk)! I want to drink it with care. Delicate, delicate.

This is a limited edition product that has just gone through one summer of five-stage brewing for old sake of Daruma Masamune. It already has a yellowish color, like old sake. It already has a yellowish color and a hint of musty smell like old sake. However, in the mouth, it is rather sweet like honey and has a sharp taste. It seems to go well with blue cheese. I paired it with dried fish and it went well. 🤗

An elegant version of Yamahai. The difference in rice polishing ratio is only 5%, but it is significant. It has plenty of umami and a rich acidity, probably derived from Yamahai. The color is a little yellowish. The color is a little yellowish, and the richness of the umami makes it superior to the standard special junmai in terms of sharpness, but it is good for tasting Japanese food in an elegant and delicious way.

When I come across Shinmasa, I buy it without a second thought because it is so precious. This year, the acidity is even richer, and you can feel the acidity in the pear-like aroma. It is rich in flavor and acidity in the mouth, like champagne 🍾. 🤗 I enjoy it after dinner on weekends in a relaxed mood😊.

Sold exclusively at Seicomart in Hokkaido. I bought it at the recommendation of a local resident. The color is a little yellowish. It is full of flavor and has a good sharpness. It goes better with strong flavored dishes than delicate ones. I paired it with hokke I bought in Hokkaido! It drained the fat from the hokke and struck the perfect balance! Sehkoma, amazing! Speaking of Sekoma, I was curious about their melon ice cream and katsudon (pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice), so I gave it a try 😄. Great value for money at the convenience store level!

It was so good in a four-pack that I ended up buying a one-pack 🤗. It has a big impact, it is refreshing yet hearty, and goes well with Japanese food such as sashimi! The aftertaste is also refreshing and I never get tired of drinking it, so it's a repeat purchase. Compared to Tazake, it has more presence, a little heavier, more bitter, sweeter, and more voluminous. But I never get tired of drinking it, it refreshes me during meals, it's a good all-around type. Thanks 😊

Alpha Type 1 is a low-alcohol version of Kaze no Mori that is easy to drink. The dry type is less sweet and gentle with a lower alcohol content. It also goes well with Western food. It may sound strange to say, but since I was able to visit the brewery and meet the brewers, I may feel even more attached to it. Thank you very much. Thank you ☺️

I just bought a hiya oroshi from Tianqing, in support of my hometown!!! This is delicious! Full of freshness! It also goes well with Japanese food, and it goes very well with Furano melon and brie cheese (which happened to have arrived as part of my hometown tax payment)! It's versatile thanks to the unique flavor of hiyaoroshi! As a resident of Kanagawa Prefecture, I would like to support you 🤗. Thank you very much 🤗

I have had several Kaze no Mori, the classic Kaze no Mori, and I feel this is the most stable and tastiest. It is slightly carbonated and has a pleasant sweet, sour and fresh taste, and goes well with cheese🧀 and western food with chicken. ☺️ The lovely bitterness that comes in the aftertaste is pleasant and lovely, a lovely, accompaniment. 🤗

I was looking forward to this cosy Kido hiyaoroshi, which is said to have more umami and richness than ordinary ones! I usually drink junmai, so I can't simply compare it to junmai ginjo, but while junmai sake is more of a food sake, it has a deeper flavor with added freshness, including umami and fermentation-derived acidity. It is also well-balanced and delicious 🤗.

2022 Yamada Nishiki I bought a bottle of Kumamoto sake for the first time, since we were limited to one bottle per person! My partner is from Kikuchi, Kumamoto, so this is a local sake. He has no idea where in Kikuchi River it is 🤗. It is slightly effervescent, has a mild aroma, and a refreshing impression of bitterness and sweetness that come together in a swoosh. Kind of like a Kaze no Mori type, contemporary and delicious! It goes well with the Cheyenne Muscat I happened to get 🤗.

2090 yen for a bottle! And it's delicious! It is a regular sake in our house. It is junmai (pure rice), so it is gentle even for me, who does not like alcohol addition. The attack is hard and the entrance guard is tight, but it goes well with Japanese food. In terms of light to rich flavor, the coverage is about half of that, minus the very light and very rich. ☺️ I hope it's reliable and will continue to be very useful 🤗.

Kaze no Mori goes well with western food and has a pleasant shwash feeling during hot weather🤗. It has been a long time since I have tasted Alpha Type 1.5, There was a time when I thought it was too sweet, but today, perhaps because I matched it with Shinshu salmon, the sweetness that came after the bitterness and sourness was pleasant. It is a reliable ally for creative Japanese cuisine. I didn't really feel it, but I'm glad it's low in alcohol. ☺️ And the fact that it doesn't feel low alcohol is amazing!

I am familiar with tazake, but I have not seen it in a bottle recently, so I am glad to see it again. It is a perfect accompaniment to light-flavored snacks such as edamame (green soybeans), and a supporting role for sashimi and other dishes to pour off the fat. It's a reliable ally!
