I traveled to Tsuwano.
There are three breweries in this cozy area, which is called "little Kyoto. I got the impression that many of them have a sweet taste.
I bought some award-winning heated sake and tried heating it up.
It has a moderately nostalgic flavor, goes well with many dishes, and is easy to sip on!
I only bought one bottle, so it was consumed in no time, and I'm still trying to remember how to write a review. I remember writing this review ☺️.
It is a great food sake.
Considering the sake we tasted at the first brewery was sweet, this moderately sweet sake is good!
