We had it!
Smoked chicken skin. Eggs. Paired with cheese and wasabi shoyu with strips of wasabi and yams!
Shangiku-san is excellent! Sweet aroma and flavor!
Delicious sake! I felt the brewing technique.
Sake is so interesting!
