Sake with a picture of a pine forest by Hasegawa Tohaku
The pine forests of Noto are as crisp and clean as the trees of Noto.
It was full of the kindness of my hometown.
Today was the first time in over 10 years that I went out for a drink on my way back from a houseboat in Tokyo Bay.
I wandered over to the Akita Sake and Akita Rice shop at Tokyo Station and had the recommended Manasaku no Hana "Super Limited" Junmai Daiginjo.
The moment I sipped it, I was greeted with a hint of pear-like sweetness 🍐 and the next moment, I was greeted with a great taste of rice and a nice crisp clean feeling ️.
It was a luxurious day when I met another delicious sake🎶.
This is the second of six Akita Junmai Ginjyo.
Junmai Daiginjo
Rice polishing 45%, alcohol 16%.
Akita Sake Komachi from Akita Prefecture
It's the best of both worlds.
It is deep in autumn, but the aroma of spring is elegant ❗
From the moment I put it in my mouth to the moment it left my throat, I felt the flowers of spring 💠.
This is the season when the new solo Akita Komachi rice arrives from the countryside, so we can enjoy autumn and spring for a while ✨Luxury ministry ️.
I bought a set of 6 Akita Jun Ginjo bottles, and was looking forward to seeing which brewery was in the set... To my surprise, Shinsei was on the tip of the glass on the 31st of June (I definitely used up all my luck).
I held out for a bit, and opened the bottle at a campout with my friends for the first time in a while after the emergency declaration!
I'm sure you'll be happy to know that I'm not the only one who has a problem with that.
It's the perfect drink to enjoy with friends outside.
Yamamoto's yellow one in summer ️.
As the label says, it's hot as hell, but I'll take a cold Yamahai Sunshine Yellow after I get home from work on Saturday after holding out for a non-alcoholic beer under a declared state of emergency 🎵.
This is a refreshing Yamahai that is perfect for summer.
I'm not sure what to make of this, but I'm sure you'll like it.
I'm very happy with my mackerel stewed in miso, I think I can stand the heat for a while✨.
This is a gift from my wife.
What a curious name for a history buff‼️.
Do you reverently? I will eat it.
It's easy to drink, just like Josui (Kanbei), but it's also very sharp and satisfying to drink.
It was a sake as expected with a good name 🎵.
Thank you very much!
Small size❕Perfect for fruit microbrew beginners!
It's a small size and it's made in Niigata.
I was surprised by the fruitiness of this sake when I tasted it ❗ I️ was hit by the taste of rice after the pineapple🍍 feeling.
I was satisfied with the sake carefully made!
I knew I should have bought a 4-pack!
I couldn't drink Midnight Blue this year because I refrained from drinking outside due to a declared emergency and I missed out on buying it!
I found 3 bottles left at a liquor store near the transit station!
I got a bottle right away.
This year, too, the taste is mellow and round.
I can't describe it other than it's delicious⁉️
It was worth the effort to look for it.
It's Yamamoto's disease to want pure black after drinking this.
I chose it for the manly feeling of the label⁉️
I was so excited and opened the package immediately.
The moment I put it in my mouth, I could feel the extreme dryness....
It's a great way to start the day.
I'm not sure how many days I can let it sit.
I'm not sure how many days I can let it sit.
Anyway, it is a sake that is particular about polish and 3!
Polished 33, and the liquor stores that carry it are also 33!
I'm surprised at the price of 3,300 yen!
Just like Mr.! (Number 3)
The drinkability is very satisfying!
