Clean aftertaste 山のじToday was the first time in over 10 years that I went out for a drink on my way back from a houseboat in Tokyo Bay.
I wandered over to the Akita Sake and Akita Rice shop at Tokyo Station and had the recommended Manasaku no Hana "Super Limited" Junmai Daiginjo.
The moment I sipped it, I was greeted with a hint of pear-like sweetness 🍐 and the next moment, I was greeted with a great taste of rice and a nice crisp clean feeling ️.
