I managed to open it with nippers, but next time I couldn't close the cap... I guess I turned it too much and the screw died...

I went to a brewery in Izumo City and asked for a recommendation.
I thought sweet sake was too much for me, so I bought the sake they offered me.
It's pitch black and cool!
Drank it at room temperature.
Plenty of umami, with an aftertaste. Nice lingering aftertaste.
Is it sweet? Not sweet, not spicy.
Delicious! But I'd like to try it chilled.

At Sunrise Izumo
Near Izumo station, I bought it at a brewery.
After tasting the sake, I thought it was a good brewery, mainly dry, but then I heard they had a limited edition of Amakuchi, so I bought it!
It was full of sweetness, but had a nice sharp aftertaste thanks to the acidity?
Nice aftertaste, the acidity doesn't assert itself or get in the way.
No bubbles, this is a winner!
It was a draft sake and was produced in March. Lucky for us, it survived well.

I came to Izumo to take the Sunrise train.
A nice town with two sake breweries in front of the station.
I drank this sake at Tsubameya on Sun Road Nakamachi.
A sip, soft aftertaste and a soft sweet smell!
It is very tasty, strong, with no unpleasant acidity at all. Too much to my liking!
No bubbles.
Izumo is delicious. Will come back again!

I've never seen that kind of bottle before.

Drinking it, the clarity is amazing.
But it has a strong umami, beautiful aftertaste!

Not too light, not too loud, but Koshitanrei sake rice? It seems to be Koshitanrei sake rice.
It is said to be made from Koshitanrei sake rice! The taste is so strong!
It has a sweet taste with a beautiful aftertaste. The most delicious sake at the last event. I bought some to take home and have been drinking it.
The aroma is strong, like pineapple or Mitsuya cider. They say it smells sweet.

Nama sake, limited edition sake from the Otedori shopping street in Nagaoka City
I bought it at a liquor store on the way home from an event.
Today it was the third sake.
The aroma is said to be Mitsuya cider, thin.
If I had to guess, I'd say it was pineapple.
Taste is sweet.
Nice and complex taste as a pure sake.
The aftertaste is complex and lingers. There is little acidity.
No gassiness.
It was produced in April, and I was told by my friends that it was leftover, but it's quite tasty.
However, it is not my favorite.
