I thought sweet sake was too much for me, so I bought the sake they offered me.
It's pitch black and cool!
Drank it at room temperature.
Plenty of umami, with an aftertaste. Nice lingering aftertaste.
Is it sweet? Not sweet, not spicy.
Delicious! But I'd like to try it chilled.

Near Izumo station, I bought it at a brewery.
After tasting the sake, I thought it was a good brewery, mainly dry, but then I heard they had a limited edition of Amakuchi, so I bought it!
It was full of sweetness, but had a nice sharp aftertaste thanks to the acidity?
Nice aftertaste, the acidity doesn't assert itself or get in the way.

It was a draft sake and was produced in March. Lucky for us, it survived well.

I drank this sake at Tsubameya on Sun Road Nakamachi.
A sip, soft aftertaste and a soft sweet smell!
It is very tasty, strong, with no unpleasant acidity at all. Too much to my liking!
