I received this one before the December one.
I had never heard of this brand, and I had high expectations for it because of its high specs and good visuals.
It has a gentle sweetness and a beautiful umami taste, and it subsides easily, leaving a bit of a lingering aftertaste.
Delicious!
I couldn't really tell the difference between the two bottles 😅 it was very good.

Mild sweetness and acidity
Long, firm finish with a slight bitterness ほくほくLight and easy to drink. It has a slight yellow tinge. Maybe it is because it is made in a wooden vat. まーーClean and easy to drink. Delicious. うちまIt felt like it clung to the mouth.
It felt very sweet and not my favorite type of wine. きろろShang Shang Shang
