We compared 3 kinds of Kinpoh.
The brewer here is elderly but friendly and always smiling 😄I couldn't help talking with him. There was no one in line behind us, so we could talk as much as we wanted 😁.
I would like to visit this brewery someday 🤗❗️
Junmai Ginjo Hiyoshi Oroshi

The sweetness is clean and very refreshing.
I could feel a unique minerality like barley tea❓. This freshness is a unique and interesting flavor not found in other sakes.
This is a duck🦆🦆🦆 to drink at home.

Good mouthfeel and refreshing on the throat.
There is no minerality that I felt in (1). Maybe it's the fire 🤔.
The first sake I had was so good that I bought it to drink at home 🤗I haven't opened the bottle as of today, but I'll post when I do 💪.

Hiyadoroshi with the same specs has a very good balance of sweetness, deliciousness, aroma and sharpness🙆🙆. MiyokoSakeI chose this sake for New Year's Day 2024!
It was a gentle, aromatic, soft and beautiful drink suitable for New Year's Day. It went well with the Japanese and Western osechi. SatochanThe middle is a moderately tasty mouthful
Aroma of rice, soft attack. The taste is moderately umami. Easy to drink, light and full-bodied.

■Kinpou Sake Brewery "Kinpou", Shimane Prefecture/ Yasugi City
I heard it is locally famous for "Daisen for mountain and Kinpou for sake", but this was my first time to see it 😅.
Lafcadio Hearn came to Japan to Shimane and lived there for a while, which led to the commercialization of [Herun]. (Romanized reading of Hearn is "Herun")
I wanted to try 【Herun】, which won the gold medal at the 2022 "Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Award", and was allowed to taste it from the end.
Honjozo Herun.
This sake is beyond the image of Honjozo, and has a sweet and delicious taste without a sake-like flavor.

Daiginjo Kinpou
The brewer explained that daiginjos need to be aged at a low temperature before they can be shipped. This daiginjo was very tasty.
Junmai Ginjo Kinpou
It has a delicious aroma from the first aroma. The aroma is delicious from the top aroma, and when you drink it, it has a mellow, umami taste that is extremely delicious.
The taste of Kinpou is quite robust, and you can fully enjoy the umami and sweetness of the rice, and it also has a good sharpness.

It was the last stage of the fair, but I drank a lot of sake because it was my first time to see it.

Hern" is said to be the nickname of Koizumi Yakumo.
Overall, I got the impression that it was light, fruity, and dry.
I think I liked the Junmai Ginjo the best.
I said I would drink all of them from the left, but I left in the middle of the bottle.
I'd like to try them all again.
I'm not sure if Moriwaki Sake Shop in Awaza is really carrying it 🤔.
