Yesterday at Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi Purchased at Tate-no-kawa Sake Brewery's pop-up store It is served cold. At first, you can feel the sweetness of the sake As the temperature rises the aroma and sweetness increases in the back of the throat. I wonder if it is the difference of rice. The gentle flavor is impressive. Since it is Tatenokawa Roast beef with black pepper I wonder if it would be good with roast beef with black pepper. My favorite pickled firefly squid It's better with grated radish I like it with grated daikon radish. What a great combination! Delicious!

Yesterday was Beaujolais Nouveau Lifting Day Riding on the wave of the world I was given a bottle of domestic nouveau I knew we had to have some sake. Souhyo Hi Hiyaoroshi! It's not new sake, but it's good! It's delicious!

Purchased at Izumiya Highly aromatic and gorgeous at first. It has a bit of a tang at the back of the throat, but After that, the smoky aroma is unique. It is indeed delicious! Today I'm having it with cured figs. It's been a little while since the bottle was opened. Great flavor! Great with strong meals! Explosion!

Speaking of which. Lately, I've been drinking more and more sweet sake. I wonder when it started. I was looking at my past records. I bought it because it was a rare sake brewery in Miyazaki Prefecture. It has a refreshing sweetness and a good acidity. This was the beginning of my liking for sweet sake. I would like to have another bottle.

A bottle that was available at a sake fair in Chiba The first sip that makes you think it's juice in a good way. Gentle aroma with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. "Oh, this is sake, isn't it?" and a refreshing aftertaste. Delicious! I think I'm going to like the number 77.

I wanted to drink my favorite Narimasa. I was looking for a bottle and came across this one. Planning: Todai Produced by Narimasa Shuzo Immediately after opening the bottle a strong oaky sensation The acidity that spreads to the back of the throat stands out. The fruitiness increases with time. There is also a wine-like astringency... Brandy? Sake? That's new, that's for sure.
