I bought this one at a convenience store when I was in Ibaraki. It's very dry! I had it with a sweet dried sweet potato I also bought in Ibaraki and drank it in gulps.

A local liquor store recommended it to me! He said Chiba is doing a great job with young sake brewers. Very sweet, but with a clean aftertaste, you can drink it gulp, it's delicious! It was good! As per the guide, is it slightly effervescent? It might be a little foamy and tangy if you think so.

I mean, it's delicious! I was about 20 years old when I drank a bottle of Echino Kanme bought by my father in the middle of the night on my own, and all I could think about was how unique it tasted, but when I grew up and drank it, the Echino Kanme was as wonderful as the above and I was more than impressed....

It was given to me as a gift. I think this is what they mean when they say it is easy to drink and has no habits. It's definitely very drinkable, but it's also very drinkable as a sake (strong flavor?). It's strange... I have one more bottle left, so next time I'll drink it with more care, but anyway, I like it!

I guess it's all about the look and it's geared towards girls, no way in hell it's not branded! As expected, it's easy to drink, but it's also very much like Japanese sake, so I highly recommend it to people who have been drinking sake for a while.
