We had a set with Daiginjo! Today's drink is this one. It was my favorite with its sweetness and slightly tangy texture! It was so good that I grilled a little bit of Kagoshima black wagyu beef in a hurry, even though dinner was already over. Grill it with salt and pepper, then pour a mixture of ponzu and garlic! Done! I can't stand it!

It's Kuheiji! I had a glass of wine and a sip of the wine I wanted to drink (lol). Today we took a day trip to Makurazaki and Chiran in Kagoshima! We had it with straw-baked bonito from Makurazaki and chicken from Chiran! I was impressed by how well it went with Japanese food. I opened a bottle all at once, probably because it was a gift (laugh).
