It is a very tasty sake with a soft sweetness. I drink too much of this! It goes perfectly with the chicken sashimi and araoni, and I can't stop eating and drinking too much lol.

It was mellow. It was not spicy, nor was it refreshingly fruity, but I felt the sweetness of the rice while also sensing the sweet fruitiness of the rice. After taking a sip, I felt it would go well with natural yeast bread in my opinion. On the contrary, I thought it would be delicious even if I made bread with it.
