A little dry? It is refreshing. I got this one as a gift, but when I looked it up, all I could find was a green bottle, so I'm not sure if it's the same one or not... I'm not sure... I'm not sure if it's the same one or not... Maybe they just changed the color of the bottles? I made Okinawan style Soki meat and served it with a garland chrysanthemum salad!

I was drinking Yamadanishiki and ran out, so I opened a bottle of Otters. Then, I opened a bottle of Ottersai. I am sorry for Yamadanishiki, but I was shocked at how different it was! It tastes too good (tears), it's so bad (tears). I have newly thawed frozen scallops! I would like to have another glass with this as a side dish!

Purchased at 7-Eleven I bought 300ml of sake to drink with tonight's chicken sashimi and grilled tuna kama. It's not too sweet, not too spicy, and goes down easy. It was too perfect!

It was mellow. It was not spicy, nor was it refreshingly fruity, but I felt the sweetness of the rice while also sensing the sweet fruitiness of the rice. After taking a sip, I felt it would go well with natural yeast bread in my opinion. On the contrary, I thought it would be delicious even if I made bread with it.
