I went to a liquor store to buy some sparkling sake because I enjoyed the sparkling sake I had at an izakaya at the end of the year. I bought this sake recommended by the clerk. When I put it in my mouth, I could feel the fizz and smell the good aroma. I thought it would taste sweet, but the aftertaste was surprisingly refreshing and I was able to drink it easily. It is delicious.

I was thrilled when a friend who came to visit happened to bring me a drink that I had always wanted to drink. There is not much of an aroma before drinking. However, when you put it in your mouth, the sweet taste and fruity, refreshing aroma spread in your mouth along with a pleasant fizzy feeling. It was easy to drink and I couldn't stop. I liked it very much.

This time I wanted to drink heated sake, so I bought this sake recommended by the liquor store and had it hot and tobikiri heated. The rising aroma was very nice, and I couldn't stop drinking it with oden. It was dry but not harsh, mellow and pleasant on the palate.

It is easy to drink, so one sip is followed by another. However, the sweetness is very strong, so rather than drinking several cups, one or two cups is probably just right. However, Houou Mita is still delicious.
