Unadjusted unrefined sake aged in the brewery! Very fruity for a Takachidai! It is so light that it is hard to believe that it has an alcohol content of 16%!

I look forward to this snowman every year. This year's flavor was... more crisp than in previous years, and this year I felt a stronger sense of cleanliness than sweetness! I felt that every year it is becoming more refined and has a sharp taste despite being lightly nigori (light nigori)! I am also looking forward to next year's brew!

Sake made with edible rice "Fusakogane" produced in Chiba Prefecture! Although it is edible rice, the sweetness of the rice is as good as that of sake rice, and combined with the fact that it is unfiltered raw sake, it gives this sake a rough taste!
