This is one of those products that is surprising when you open it and refreshing when you drink it! I just opened the bottle standing it up, but the bubbles were coming up. I thought it might be strongly carbonated, but when I drank it, I found that the bubbles only slightly popped at the top while tasting the rice, which gave the sake a refreshing feeling!

It has a robust flavor and would go well with dishes with strong flavors. The end result is tangy and dry!

Purchased at a nearby liquor store. I enjoyed it very much on its own with just the right amount of acidity and a gorgeous aroma!

It has a mild mouthfeel and is a typical hiyaoroshi sake. I was very satisfied with this sake, having made the trip to Yamaji Sake Brewery to purchase it!

I was told that hiyayogoshi is no longer available, so I bought the standard junmai sake. I like the way the Shichibon-yari goes down smoothly!

I got this as a Nagano souvenir! Maybe it's because the water in Nagano is so good, but it felt so sweet!

When I saw the name, I immediately thought of the tsukubai in Ryoanji Temple! I was surprised that it was sold in Kochi. The taste was moderate, mild, and easy to drink!
