Yamae Nishiki. I bought this at a roadside station in Matsukawa Village. You can feel the sweetness even when it is cooled down to a crisp. The flavor increases with every sip.
The second bottle I bought in Omachi, I was going to take it to my brother, but it became a hassle and I opened it. Maybe because I let it sit for a while, the sweet and sour lemonade-like flavor became thicker, and it was a good way to end a hot day.
