I open a four-pack in a day, so if I want to savor it for a long time, I'd have to go for a one-pack.
It has the mouthfeel of a fresh, unpasteurized sake, and the acidity comes out later when you drink it in a gulp. It is delicious!
On this day, I paired it with sashimi of Japanese horseradish.
It's also great with lemon pickles, so everyone should give it a try!
