Tomorrow is the Japan Derby, and today is the pre-event celebration!
We drink Jikin, a sake suitable for the Derby.
Jikin, which we found when we visited Ise Jingu Shrine.
It was a Junmai Ginjo made of Yamadanishiki and tasted like a melon with a very high sugar content. It tasted like a melon with very high sugar content.
My favorite for the Derby is Equinox.
Frame 8 is a tough one, but I leave it to Rumoru.
