Kouei Chrysanthemum Sunburst I emptied Eikoh Fuji, so I went for Kouei Kiku. Is it a brand that is talked about on SNS or something? It tastes like lemonade with low carbonation. It's sour. When I drank it, I thought, "Oh, is this sake? I felt like I can't imagine how the rice is fermented to become this. I was surprised. The taste of lemon was so strong that I thought it was lemon juice. The alcohol content is 12%, so it's easy to drink. It is not too light, as is often the case with sweet and sour sake, and the aftertaste is good, with a slight sake and rice flavor. It doesn't match well with oily or fried foods. I paired it with lemon pickled bitter gourd and tokoroten, and it was perfect. I think a strange switch was turned on because of this. Where to buy Isego Honten Up to 1 bottle per person Rating ★★★★☆ You'll be surprised, so if you see it, give it a try! As a side note, there are a lot of stores around the Isego main store where you can buy good snacks, so if you're a home drinker, you should definitely try it. Recommended snacks Yama-uni (sea urchin) tofu at Isego Honten (you can't stop drinking) 2) Pickle shop in Sendagi (I think their pickling technique is genius) 3) Tokoroten at Yanaka Ginza (it's the first time I was impressed by Tokoroten) 4) Prepared food at Nippori Ecute (easy to use and delicious)
