Sake Shop's Recommendation: Yamazen no Kotobuki
Slightly sour and slightly cloudy
It is deliciously fruity with a soft aroma!
It is good with dashi shabu-shabu, raw mozuku seaweed, and dressed white meat (which is very frequent!).
Must have more sake!
Clean and easy to drink🤗
I drank it in one gulp!
I paired it with something light like boiled white meat and mitsuba, but I forgot to take a picture of it!
This was the first sake I received after being recommended.
It was delicious.
I had it with salad of white meat and mitsuba, grilled pickled scallops wrapped in nori (seaweed), and fried ginkgo nuts that I had carefully frozen.
The sake tingled after a few days, but it was good for a couple of weeks without tingling.
They also have a green label. I am curious!
I heard it was a sweet shwash.
It's sweet like amazake or rice. Delicious 😋.
I heard it was a "shwashuwa" but I couldn't really tell what it was.
I had it with ahi jio and leftover shrimp from Osechi. Uma.
I found a limited edition of Shigemasu at a liquor store. The owner said it was delicious.
It was served cold with grilled turban shells and 😋.
It is a little bit thick and seems to be good to be heated up. It also goes well with the broth of the flying zoni. It's delicious.
Purchased after the store recommended it to me as delicious.
Easy to drink and thick. Will buy again!
Horse Sashimi, Spicy Lotus Root, Negi Dashimaki and 😋.
I bought these at a department store.
I can't drink much so I want more of this size
Meat and potatoes made with marbled Saga beef, and grilled mackerel with mirin from Shindo Shoten!
Yummy!
