It is sweet and easy to drink.
I served it with okra sesame paste and steak. Summer
It's not that strong, so add some ice in the second half and drink it on the rocks! It's more refreshing when it's chilled!
The sparkling of Kitaya bought at Hakata station.
A little dry and refreshing summer sake!
We paired it with fried horse mackerel, octopus tempura (satsuma-age), and grilled eggplant. It was delicious!
Serve it chilled!
If you drink it cold, do you think it would go well with a rich dish such as boiled fish? I thought it would go well with roast beef wrapped in avocado. It's delicious!
I added ice halfway through and served it on the rocks! Even if you add ice, it doesn't dilute the taste.
It goes well with the sweet soy sauce of Kyushu (because it's my hometown?). lol)
I also enjoyed it with yuba (dried bean curd) and dashi maki (rolled leek).
Homemade Saga beef roast beef with sautéed Monbetsu scallops.
It's crisp.
The second half of the drink is on the rocks with ice added.
If the ice is too melted, it's not so subtle, but I like drinking it this way 😊.
