I visited the brewery festival of Watanabe Sake Brewery in Hida City, Gifu Prefecture.
This brewery brews Hourai, which is shipped under the brand name W (double) to distributors nationwide, so I am sure many of you have had the chance to drink it.
We tasted five different kinds of sake and purchased a Junmai Daiginjo-shu and a Ginjo-shu Fukuro-hozuri Shibori from among them.
They are slightly different in taste, but both are delicious sake with a delicious rice flavor.
I am not sure which one to open first.

年に一度しか出ない超絶うまい生酒
３月に行われる蔵祭りで振舞われるが、今年はコロナの影響で延期。どうしても飲みたくてからまで行き買ってきました。
少しだけガス感があり、いちごのような香りと余韻が長い。
最高の一言、、、

とろりとしたの口当たり。香りが広がり旨味がある。
温度が上がるにつれて色んな表情をだしてくれます。涼冷えがおススメです！
