Here is a bottle this time!
The label is POP and eye-catching!
The bottle was opened immediately...a nice popping sound. The aroma is mild...maybe a little savory. Then, take a sip... There is not much sweetness, but the umami is strong and rich. But it is sharp and GOOD(^^)
