Here is a bottle this time!
It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of "Kafuda-shu" (*´-`).
And it's a low alcohol of 13 degrees, so it must be right, right? So, I got it for my wife.
The bottle was opened immediately... It has a fresh and fruity aroma, which is typical of "Kafuda-shu" (*´-*).
I asked my wife what she thought... "It's dry and bitter...".... I was a little surprised to find the exact opposite! I was surprised to see such a difference in taste! It was a good learning experience.
