Delicious. Aromatic and fruity sweetness. My favorite sweetness. I drank Akabu NEWBORN with Yamadanishiki, Aizan, and Sake Mirai, but I prefer Sake Mirai, Yamadanishiki, and Aizan in that order. I also like the tangy feeling on the bottom. It is heavier, but not as heavy as Kamonishiki's package tag sake. I would like to buy it again.

Smooth sweetness is the first impression. The sweetness changes to citrus, or is it the bitterness at the end of the drink? I wonder if the lingering taste of the hops is hops. I think it is very addictive when I want to change my taste sometimes.
