I recently started drinking Mikotsuru.
It has a strong umami and sweetness, and is easy to drink even for those who are not good at sake.

This sake was given to me by a senior.
The sake is so easy to drink that it is hard to believe it is 19.5%.
The aroma is strong. It has a sharpness that quickly disappears when you put it in your mouth.
It has little sweetness, but you can taste a strong umami flavor.
It seems to go very well with strong flavored food.
